Help with avatar

Can someone help me make this my avatar??? I can't seem to get it right.

What kind of problem do you seem to be having? Are you having issues trying to resize an existing picture to make it an avatar?

LOL. Well I guess my first problem is that I forgot to put the code for the pic I want in my original post!

My other problem is that I cant find where I would browse an Avatar in the Profile section.

Anywhoo... here is the pic.

I just saved it as a GIF instead of a JPG and it reduced the size from 38kb to just 5kb
