Help with Barnes&Noble NOOK...Please.

So i finally got one...

My question is.. HOW do i get on the WIFI hotspots?
When i click on it.(the WIFI hotspot button..)...it does bring up MY wireless internet as a service... then asks me for my password for my internet......
then.. disconnect!

It wont let me on-line!!...
I know i'm using the correct password..etc....
So... would anyone know what the problem could be?

Other than that..
I LOVE it!! Its sooo easy to get books and navigate the device.

Sorry you are having a problem and wish I could help, but it turns out that WiFi doesn't work where I am. I found this out the hard way after ordering the service, setting everything up according to instructions, and trying to log on, and.....NOTHING. Can you use WiFi for other things? Hopefully this is not your problem...and hopefully someone on here can give you some clues as to what might be wrong.
