I am unfamiliar with him, but he is handsome. And also, those are some of the more clear pics I've seen.

Don't know what he is but, he is beautiful. Without anything to use as scale, I can't tell if he is a bantam or not.

If his legs are short, he's a Gray Japanese bantam. I have several of those. They are very sweet birds
