Just a question. The only way to know if the eggs are fertile is if you see them mate? And I know you can candle, but before they form how do u tell?


Mating does it always mean fertiled. There's two ways to check, one crack an egg opened and look for the bullseye ring, or throw them in the bator or under a hen and see if they start developing..
 
Your just causing them more work by having that humidity at 70-75.. If you need to open it in order to do so, then leave it, don't open that bator..
Mine just slide out of their shells when the humidity is that high, they're like naked, oiled bodies on plastic sheets.
