Gorgeous ducks, an so exciting getting an external pip, now you really have to SIT on your hands because they are going to try your patience, but patient you have to be, letting them get out on their own makes for strong duckies.

Thank you girls I appreciate all your help so far!!! I love my ducks and like I said my poor twinkie was killed and one of these was going to be his buddy to run with bc hershey and zinger mated up lol. Now I'm keeping two I will have 4 ducks total and I have homes for the other 2 if they hatch! This is my first time incubating and I have done a lot of homework already but this really makes a person nervous and anxious at the same time! Lol

I'm just so interested to see what they look like! It's easy when they are a set breed bc you know they'll be yellow or brown or whatever. But these little guys I'm hoping to get that recessive gene from the khaki and get a black and white or brown and white mixed and I do know they can come out all pekin or khaki so I'm so anxious just to see! I keep thinking forest gump.. life is like a box of chocolates and ya never know which one your gonna get! Lol

Won't be long now till you'll know. I'd say your going to have a mix which will be nice. Pekin's make the cutest ducklings by them selves but to me even more so when mixed with another breed it's like getting the best of both. and of course KC's ducklings are adorable too.
