Help with CCL chick please

I hatched some eggs and two are crested cream legbar. One is obviously female but the other has me stumped. No white spot, but a chipmunk stripe and lighter down. Is this going to be a roo? 3 pics of the suspect and one of the certain female. These two eggs came from different pens.

I don't have a whole lot of experience with CCL, but if they're pure I'd make an educated guess that your suspect is a cockerel. It seems to look like other males in pictures I've seen with the much lighter chipmunk stripe and almost frosted looking tips on the down. I'm interested to see what this turns out to be.
