Help with chick who doesn't straighten neck?!

I have a 5 week old faverolle pullet who as of this past week seems to keep her head tucked a lot. Tonight I caught her sort of tucking her head and running backwards and she twitches some as well! She eats and drinks fine. But just seems to keep her neck down a lot. I have a lav orp and brabma and she seems to be the slowest tk marure of them. Can someone help me figure this out?

I'm wondering if this could be signs of wry neck?

What do you feed your chicks?
Have you tried offering poultry vitamins?
Nutri Drench is a great product.

I have fed mana pro medicated chick starter since day one. Today I tried feeding some scrambled eggs as treats, I let them out to a little grass once a week and some little meal work treats occasionally. I mix some chick grit with the feed. I haven't feed anything else.
Where can I get the poultry vitamins I have not seen any at my TS.
My other 2 are pretty much fully feathered and she is more patchy. Feathers on chest and wings but head and back is patchy.

I got the stuff how should I administer this directly? The instructions on the bottle say mix with water can I give direct?

Yes 1 ml straight to the mouth....do it for 5 straight days.

Where is 1ml on the dropper included?

You can give 1/4 tsp or get a syringe or two from TSC, which measure is ml or cc. 1/4 tsp equals 1.25 ml, so it is just a little more.
