My hen is currently not eating or drinking. She goes and lays on egg box when their is no need to lay. She is also having diarrhea every time she poops.

She is showing signs of lethargy. She’s been walking but very slowly and has been trying to sleep even in the mornings. But she doesn’t have any lice or mites. I’m thinking it’s something like a parasite, or her being egg bound but I still can’t figure it out.Is she showing signs of lethargy?

She's going in the nesting box when there's no need to lay? What does this mean? She is showing signs of lethargy. She’s been walking but very slowly and has been trying to sleep even in the mornings. Thank you I just bought it.She's going in the nesting box when there's no need to lay? What does this mean?
When was her last egg?
If she should have laid an hasn't, then start her on Calcium Citrate+D3 asap. You can find it at Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet now, then once daily for a week.
See that her crop is emptying, that she's eating/drinking and that there's no lice/mites.
Example of Calcium Citrate+D3

Answering this question she goes into the nesting box and lays down. Before this happened she would sit for around 10 minutes and come out with an egg. But yesterday she sat in the box for about an hour and a half and there was no egg. Her last egg was about 3-4 days ago that’s why I believe she’s egg bound and lethargic. She also had watery poops the last few days. But this was the poop this morning so I’m not sure if I should be worried or not. She's going in the nesting box when there's no need to lay?
