My chicken has a lump underneath body and has stopped laying eggs anyone any idea what this is and how to cureView attachment 2194826

It also feels squishy and warm

Other than not laying, is she acting normal?

. It seems normal enough but is struggling to fly and is trying to lay but can’t and has a lot of diarrhoea

I'd say this is probably ascites(waterbelly) caused by internal infection/disease.
Pretty hard to treat, and treatment usually only temporary.
I would euthanize bird.
