help with chickens foot

be patient, I don't have a camera. My chicken has two lumps on the top of her foot. they are kind of placed between her toes. At first I was thinking she broke it and I never realized it and it healed wrong. but I am seeing posts about bumlefoot. Oh, and the bottom of her foot is kind of puffy.

any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like bumblefoot! Do you see any dark spots on the underside of her feet? Here's an easier treatment than surgery if it is still pliable:
