Help with chinese/african geese please!

I think I have 2 African goslings and want to know about the knob on their head. Do both males and females have this? I have seen so many different kind of knobs, can someone help me figure out what these geese are going to look like? I've had someone else tell me they are not African goslings instead they are Toulouse. I'm so confused!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I can't answer that because mine are still babies but I know they're Africans.
