I would paint to match the house too, because it would look planned in the landscape and so your neighbors dont decide to get up set about a bright color (since they can see it from their homes too)

BUT that does not mean that the side that faces your house could not be the tan on cranberry rather than the cranberry on tan on the other three sides.


Moms house is white with a yellow-green tan color trim (pea soup). Our coop is the pea soup color with white trim. Both will have purple doors.

I think it's great that you care about your neighbors. Maybe you could ask them what they want to stare at, if you're willing to open that can of... paint.

I'd reverse out the colors, myself, but reds can be a bit strong to live around.
