Does anyone know how to go about asking for a variance to a chicken ordanance that states their quarters must be 25 feet from any dwelling or property line? I can easily abide by the 25 ft from dwelling.. But our property isnt that wide and there is no way to put it 25ft from the property line. I only want a handful of laying chickens which there is plenty of room for. Any suggestions or advice would be wonderful!! Thank you!
