I have quite a few geese and duck eggs in my bators and I am finding that their shells are too hard for the chicks to get out. Haven't had a problem with turkeys, chicks, or quail. I'm thinking it's humidity as I've had a hard time keeping it very high. Am I right? Any suggestions?

After experiencng the same thing, I think its best to hatch waterfowl in a separate incubator.
In the meantime you might want to give your watefowl eggs a spritz with water a couple times a day..thats how i did my swans
