Help with duckling that hatched early!!!

I had a duckling that hatched this morning and she has what looks like a yolk still attached. Her shell still had some blood vessels in it but the duck does not seem to be weak. I read that if the duck has the yolk you should wrap it in a wet paper towel....but I dont know what else to do!! Im also concerned because the yolk looks pink and not yellow so it might be an organ. I really want the little thing to make it so any advice would be wonderful!!! Right now she is in a damp paper towel with some medical tape so she cant kick it open.

Did you take a picture before you bandaged her bottom? (which was absolutely the right thing to do)
