By the way, you ever notice that it's true, that 'Birds of a Feather Flock Together'.
I've wondered if it registers in their minds that they are different from each other. I find my flock usually gathers by breed.

I thought that too. I have a mixed flock myself so I have never had a chance to notice. Are the ones on the bottom right golden laced polish? I have a ‘rare breed assorted mix’ that I got this last spring. Looks just like yours. I’m almost positive it’s a glp but it would be nice to confirm.

Do they lay bantam eggs? I would love to add a couple to our flock and wondered what size eggs typically they lay?

I read they lay medium sized eggs, mine have not started laying yet either.

Don't expect to make a full breakfast with only one of her eggs. Polish eggs are a little smaller than other breeds. But they are such remarkable birds!
