Hello! I am relatively new to chicken raising and recently got some Easter Egger chicks that are now around 12 weeks old. I have one that is making me question if she is actually a she! We are only allowed pullets/hens in my area, so I am hopeful to keep her around.
These are some pictures from today, it is pretty hot outside and her face seems a bit more flushed than normal. Her comb color sits at an orange, sometimes slightly more pink/red when excited. Coloring suggests female to me (no red splotches, very even coloring) and although there was some comb development early, it has barely changed since the initial growth. Let me know what y'all think and thanks for the help!
