I have an incubator which holds seven eggs, the eggs are to be placed in the incubator pointy side down however when turning the eggs in this type of incubator how is this process done.
I am in DAY6 of the incubation process and have been flipping my eggs end to end. I am concerned I have ruined the whole process.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Definitely do not flip them end to end. You always, always want the pointy side down and the air cell up. Having them the other way will disorient the chick and could cause them to position incorrectly at hatch.

Honestly I know the type of incubator you're referring to, and they're really not good and weren't designed at all with turning the eggs in mind. There's no good way to actually turn the eggs. You could prop one entire end of the incubator up and then change which side is propped three times a day, but this might cause the water to spill out of the water wells.

When turning eggs, can you use an egg carton in the incubator to keep them pointy side down and spin them? or do you want to lay them on their side and roll them?

Was this for the OP or were you asking? If you were asking, either way will work. An egg carton that you tilt the eggs from side to side in will work, as will laying the eggs on their sides and rolling them, as long as the air cells are fine and not damaged from shipping.

However neither of those will work for the OP if they have the kind of incubator I suspect they do, which is this kind:
