Help with eye issue

This baby ducking is about a week old. I am new to ducks. Not sure if something is lodged under lower lid or if this is possible infection. Any info or advise us so greatly appreciated.

I’m honestly unsure about that. Never seen it before. Can you see it if you don’t pull down on the bottom?

Have you tried using any saline eye wash like used for contact lens wearers use? Rinsing the eye out?
