Help with first time broody hatch

My girl has successfully sat on her eggs for 20 days. About an hour ago I found that she had rolled her eggs off the nest and on to the floor. She could not get to 2 of the eggs and they were cold when I got to them. So, I immediately took them and put them in the incubator. They had all begun to internally pip. Not knowing how long they have been this way I put a pin hole in them all and I'm watching closely. Some are farther along then others, so I'm not exactly sure when to get further involved with assisting. I also got the humidity up high due to the holes, candling and the fact that they had been without for an unknown amount of time. She is doing this hatch in the house with me due to the time of year. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

While incubating my chickens the power went off and they were fine for without heat 6-8 hours, don't worry!

Would anyone suggest I just put them back under her instead of the incubator, even if they have the holes in them?

Ok, I put them back under her. Hoping for the best. I hope having the hole is beneficial rather than harmful. Its super tiny, just a tiny break in the lining.

Funny, while I was doing this all another hen popped in and layed an egg. My broody pulled it under her!

Ha! You took it out though so it doesn't start to develop (well that'll take a day or two) right?
