Help with gender!!! Pics!!

Hi,
I have 4 mixed barred rock bantam chicks and can't seem to tell what's what. They all have the same dad (my purebred bantam barred rock cock "Sheriff"). The biggest one (Pistachio) has an unknown mom, but one of my large fowl hens. The other 3 (Penguin, Pickles, and Pepper) have the same mom, a mixed bantam barred rock hen.
*As a side note, my daughters named all of the babys, lol*
Anyway, I keep going back and forth about gender. They hatched over the course of a week with the oldest Pistachio and the youngest Pepper. Pickles was the 3rd, but the slowest to feather. Thought for sure boy, but now not looking so boy. Pistachio looked girl this whole time, but some days shes very red in the face and others not. She will be 7 weeks old tomorrow with the rest turning 7 weeks over the next week. Anyone have any guesses?

Thanks! I know, I keep thinking there is no way we got this lucky. When we hatched last summer, we only ended up with 2 hens out of 9....
