Help with genders and breed! Ameraucana and Red Dorking and ????

This batch I didn't take pictures but the black one came from an olive green egg and the white chick came from a more turquoise egg. The other two came from a brown egg.

The olive green egg and turquoise came from a breeder that keeps her Amerucana's separate from the rest of her flock so we know exactly where they came from

What color are her Ameraucana's and does she keep them in w/ like colors? In otherwords white w/ whites, buff w/ buff, blue, black and splash is the only colors you can mix together, etc. If she mixes all the colors together then you cannot call them true Ameraucana's even though they might be. In this case they would be considered EE. According to the standard you have to have like colors in w/ like colors.
