Help with genders! Toms or hens?!!!!

We have five blue slate and lavender turkeys that are two months old. Four of them are about the same size and one of them is way smaller and seems to be a runt. What do you guys think about toms or hens?

They are a bit too young yet. It can take up to 4 months on some. Watch for displaying, and bigger snoods. Those will be toms.

I'm hoping the runt number four is a hen. We are only keeping one of the five and we want a hen. My black heritage birds I knew genders by this age
