Help with Guniea foot problem

Noticed an enlarged toe. Here is a photo

it looks like infection just at the nail bed. try a soak in warm salt water. he didnt get frostbit did he? IF it is something like bumble foot it is infectious to human. staph infestion

I do let them out and we do gave snow. I clear paths and only let
Them out when it is above freezing

I did soak his foot tonight in our kitchen with warm
Water and salt.
Cleaned out our sink with bleach.

I didn't see any scabs

It is very upsetting to me not knowing how to help
I don't want my pets to get sick.

thats all i would know to do for now. if that is a sore at the nail bed you would want to soak it maybe a couple times a day. i dont know how long antibiotic ointment would stay on. i do know they wont keep wraps on. lol
