Help with hard lump near pullets eye

I just wanted to update this thread in case it helps someone with a similar case.

It was fowl pox. It lasted about another week after I posted. The bump pictured got worse before it got better. Her eye was entirely shut for about 2 days. For treatment I applied iodine and triple antibiotic once a day. I also put a small amount of triple antibiotic in her swollen eye. There was a bump starting on her other eye, but it disappeared when I started applying iodine.

I also put chick electrolyte in a small water feeder in the coop. And hand fed her feed/treats after doctoring her.

Today she is completely healed and is very friendly. I think she's greatfull for the treatment. No other chickens got it so far.

That hens looks to have the fowl pox vaccinate the rest of your flight if you're not showing signs of fowl pox which come in two forms wet and dry wet pox are located in there mouth and look like yellowish white Mounds and the dry pox look like the picture of the hand that you have the vaccine should cost anywhere from 10 to $30 and clean out your coupe the fowl pox is spread through indirect and direct contact one through mosquitoes biting a chicken or another fowl that was infected. Clean your coop or hen hutchs then use lime powder to kill what ever os in the ground or around the coop but most important spray a a bottle of some kind of antibacterial spray that they use at hospitals to before they cut you open
