Is that it's navel? Maybe dried blood? Can you take it out and look at it? I'm guessing it is jut some dried up blood, maybe it ripped a vein while hatching. It most likely will fall off, don't touch it, it might tear open.

i wanna take it out and see but there’s two eggs left inside and one of them is shaking

Any pips? I would just take it out. I know you aren't supposed to, but I have never had any problems from it. Just go fast.

Ok. Sounds good. Let me know what you find in the morning :)

Oh dear, I've never seen anything quite like this before. :( Possibly omphalitis/mushy chick disease?

@Eggcessive have you seen anything like this?

Anything I can do

I'm hoping @Eggcessive will have an idea. If it's omphalitis there isn't really a treatment for it other than keeping the brooder clean and applying either chlorhexidine, triple antibiotic ointment without pain reliever, or possibly iodine to the area to try to prevent secondary infection but I believe they usually fade fairly quickly and pass away. IF that's what it is. I'm not positive because I've never seen one like this before but I can't think of anything else it could be.
