Help with identification and gender please

My grandparent gave me a couple chickens this weeend to help find them homes and I knew the others was roosters for sure but need some help on this one please. It was hatched around the beginning of July so about 17 weeks old. Please and thank you

Pullet. Any ideas of what possible breeds your grandparent had? If you're wondering what breed of chicken she is, it might be easier to figure out if your grandparent knew what breeds they had.

Yes, it is a pullet. Maybe a Phoenix or Leghorn crossbreed.
