The white bird (she’s a light Brahma) is your only girl.
She can’t stay that way.
Your hormonal males will kill her trying to aggressively breed her, probably before she even starts laying.
You need to get rid of all, or all but one, of your roosters. And get more hens.

It's hard to tell with geese till they are bigger, but from the picture, it looks like a gander to me. Do you have any other pics of it?

I agree. I am thinking #5 may be a Dark Cornish cross
