Help with Identifying Breed

Well, if that one crows, its the male. Usually with the crested breeds, females have the fuller crests at a younger age.

OK, so here is another question. One of my chickens is definitly a rooster, and my husband and neighbors are not happy with that at all. How hard is it to give these guys away? I love him, but, we really just want hens. Also, if my Sultans are a pair, am I better off letting them go together? The whole thing makes me sad

but he is rather loud! Any advice? There is no way to keep them from crowing at the crack of dawn is there?
