Help with identifying chick

My nephew and niece came home with three chicks and a duckling. Now about 5 weeks old and one is really small. Is it even a chicken? Help!

Yes, it looks like a chicken. Maybe brown leghorn (white earlobes) or Welsumer (red earlobes)? Maybe even bantam... being the difference for sizes. Leg color can be a good indicator to breed... seems like leghorn should have yellow, but I'm not positive on that front.

The color for many breeds is known as partridge.
