Help with ill hen

You can't see any place on her foot where she may have stepped on something?
My Runner didn't have a typical bumble either never a blk scab but I could def feel the hard kernel inside so I knew where to find it when I cut into it.
Have you been soaking in warm Epsom salt water?

There was never a scab there and we could not see where she stepped on feel anything. We did Epsom for a few days but it never got better. I will try 2 times a day for a week or so I suppose. Are there any meds we can give her for it? Prefer a shot vs pills. That's not fun trying to get a pill down here. Thanks for the response!
