Hi everyone, just joined today, I've posted on the Reddit backyard chickens page before but wanted to try here to get some help, I can add more pictures if needed but a few days ago we saw one of our hens couldn't walk or stand up. At first I thought it was crop impaction, she wasn't going to the bathroom, barely eating or drinking and I got that cleared up and she's eating and drinking normally now. But she is still unable to walk or stand, I couldn't feel any breaks I. Her leg, is fine until you see her foot and it's swollen, I've given her an Epsom salt bath on Saturday and now today.

I am thinking it's bumble foot based on the images I've seen online and when I do Google lens on the image it brings up results for bumble foot, what do you guys think? What can I do to help her get better and back with the others?
The image with her foot in my hand with the glove on is the most recent after her Epsom salt treatment.

Welcome To BYC

Can she stand at all?

I would clean the foot out really well, it looks like there's some debris there. Is there an odor? Swab with chlorhexidine. Let dry, then wrap for a day and see if the foot is dried in looking or looks like it has pus.

Hi, thank you for your reply, I have cleaned her leg when I did her epsom salt baths 2 times so far, I think I can rule out bumble foot now and maybe it's just a sprain but it's been a while and she still can't stand at all. She does make an attempt and gets up for a second or two

I'm sorry to hear she's not improving.
Her not being able to walk or stand at all, sounds like she may have disease like Marek's.
You can try placing her in a sling and offering vitamin therapy to see if she does improve over time. 1/2 tablet B-Complex once a day and see that she's eating/drinking.
Do consider quality of life, if she seems in pain or you feel she's suffering, then putting her out of her misery may be best. It's very sad to see a bird struggling.
If you do lose her, then sending the body for necropsy so you have more information may be helpful as well.
