    Hi everyone,
Two days ago, one of my SS pullets (5 wks old) got caught between the bottom bars on the large wire dog kennel. I'm sure she would have died if I hadn't found her I did. I got her out and put her in a seperate kennel and she's done okay for the last 2 days. She's been eating, drinking and moving around. She was fine last night when I went to bed but this morning when I got up she was in a corner almost dead. The room wasn't as warm this morning as usual (it's normally 70 or warmer) and it seems as though she was hypothermic. She did have some pasty butt which I cleand up. She hasn't had that for the past 2 days. I've had her on my lap, wrapped up in a towel and sitting on a heating pad for the last couple of hours and it seems to have helped some. She chirps and trills when I touch her or move her but she's still lethargic and keeps her eyes closed. I've tried to get some water in her but she won't drink anything. I haven't gotten her to eat at all.
I'm guessing she probably has internal injuries but don't know what else to do for her. Any ideas????
