Help With Lockdown

I have 5 green spalding eggs going into lock down today.I am using my styro hovabator right now because I just got married and haven't gotten a chance to move my cabinet. The problem I am having is with the humidity. I can fill the trays but I am worried that the water will be gone before the 30th day. We are going out of town on Friday and won't be back until late the day of hatch. What can I do to help keep the humidity up? I thought about putting cups of bowls but dont want the birds to knock or fall into the water and drown while we are gone. I will also have a dozen golden cuckoo marans hatching the same day.

I fill all my bator without opening them by using a funnel and a clear peice of hose, my styro bator i use a peice of air line like used on a regular aquarium pump.. this fits in the air hole in the top. for the cabnit bator i use a bigger piece fill the reservoir from the side air hole .. you can buy it at a hardware store by the foot... funnels can be purchased at most any retail store

When is the hatch date? Are the eggs in a turner? Sponges can do well to add a little humidity? Is there anybody who can check the water for you? I have sat eggs before and took off to Europe for a couple weeks but they were in a cabinet with a 5 gallon water reservoir. Just got home from a week in Chicago last night to no power from the storms here in Texas but it was only off a few hours so no worries.

The eggs are due to hatch until Tuesday. But I have one egg that is already pipped. We are now going to be getting home real early Tuesday morning. I filled both channels and put a glass in there. I could get someone to watch it but they have never done it. I was just hate opening the lid.
