How old are they? If they are just babies they will lose some of their baby fluff and start growing more and more adult feathers. This is normal. It's normal in general to lose some feathers whenever they bathe just like it's normal for us to lose some hair every time we shower.

Absolutely normal. I had 14 ducklings in my home office for two weeks and down everywhere…
