Help with my "Funky butt" chick

I think the chick has Omphalitis. Prognosis is not good. I'd post a pic, but it's just too sad and gross. She looks AWFUL--apparently the infection has spread over a larger area then the pics I found. It did start as a small area, but is not covering about half of her on the underside. She has a protrusion as I said before and also a foul smell--which I didn't think to mention before. She is not moving or eating now. Just leaning her head on the side of the box I have her in--same position for hours.

In that case, get her on some antibiotics. Give her some water and polyvisol in a dropper to give her some strength.

Too late.

She's gone. Third chick fatality and have only had them since Monday. I must say this one just made me feel relieved--she looked so miserable and peeped so loudly.
