Help with my page pics

I am so confused here. I am trying to post pics on "my page" and I'm a dork.
What does it mean to Copy image URL for image (something like http://www.backyarkchickens.com/images/BYC-chickens.gif)
Within then BYC editor click 'Insert Image'. then paste
???????
I don't know what that means. I have an account with Photobucket but the rest is blank.

a take ur photobucket accout and it will say unde a pic that url, share url copy the url then post the url in copy image on byc
