Help with my rooster!

Hey guys, I just noticed today on my rooster that he has white specs on his comb. He is a buff Brahma. He kind of reminds me of frostbite, but white and kind of on top of the comb if that makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions, let me know.

Edit: it is not cold right now it is in the 50s. And it hasn’t been cold for a few days like at least 4 or 5.

Looks like it could be favus, which is a fungal infection. To treat use an anti fungal cream.
