Help with my zebra finches

Hey guys so my zebra finches breed had babies they hatched they are like a week old already but the dad died because a rat killed him do now it is just the 4 baby's and mom but I don't know if I can move the cage to my room what if the mom wont want to take care of the babys.

She should take care of the babies with no problem. I sometimes used the same male zebra finch for more than one female. The females raised the babies just fine. Please do get them into some place that is safe from rats. Then you need to figure out how to remove the rats from your area.
