help with new bator.... new at bators

ok just checked temp 101, humd is 56%. both red plugs are in , but there is 1 hole the size of a pencil and 4 smaller holes around it. they are open and dont have plugs. i can see right down into the bator. so if it keeps this temp all night is it safe to say that i can put them in there in the morning???
