What machine? (mac/ph,/windows based)? What OS (OS10/WinXP/Vista/7/8/Android), etc. ? browser? IE10/Firefox/Chrome, etc.? (the more info. the faster they can sort out this problem).

From reviewing the `photo' threads there seems to be several browsers with this, or other, problems and I'd guess the techs are on it; last time photo uploading, etc. was upgraded there was also a brief bit of `(in)operational shrapnel' delivered along with it.

Glad it is working for you, at least intermittently, Zazouse! Definitely worth the effort to get that Peafowl posted!

I'd just hold off doing anything one isn't comfortable with, for the time being. Another member seems to have fixed their problem by rolling IE10 back to IE9, if anyone wants to try: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/791017/problems-with-photo-upload/10

However, take what I say with a grain of salt - I'm a turkey, don't ya know...

I can't seem to upload any photos and I don't know why.
I couldn't even figure out who to ask (= low tech!).
Is this only me??

Having the same problem here I posed a question the told me to try a bunch a stuff, it ain't my puter, I can only see 5 photo files when I try to upload a photo and if I select a photo from one of them it never comes up , so I have to exit BYC, been having problems sence they changed the photo upload .

can tell them you are having upload problems on it, we may not be the only ones.

Have no idea what I'm talking about(-and my son is asleep, so he can't laugh at me for answering this!) but I was reading on the home-welcome page here, that if your browser isn't upgraded to Google Chrome or the....fox(whatever its called), you'll have problems. Could that be your issue???
