We just got our first baby chicks last Wednesday. Things have been going perfectly fine until today. One of the smaller chicks that’s usually very energetic and chirpy has been laying around and lethargic today. We have a heat lamp and plenty of water and food. Temps are consistently between 90 and 100. Does anyone have any advice or an idea as to what the issue could be and how we can keep it alive??

90 to 100F as that's the coolest and hottest area of the brooder? Anywhere else that's cooler? It could be overheating, I would have it 90 at the highest with a sizeable cooler zone that's at least 10 degrees cooler.
