Help with quail eggs

It is now the 3rd day since I have incubated my jumbo quail eggs and just candled it. I am not sure if this is normal but when I candled the eggs the yolk kept on moving around when I was turning them. Also I could see the air sac

Were they shipped eggs? That tends to happen with shipped eggs.
Did you see any veining? or what appeared to be a 'spider' moving around in the egg?

I got it from a friend who lives near me and I can’t see any veins. Also I made my own incubator
