We have transformed an old playhouse swing fort into a coop. So far the enclosure of the main coop is going well. But my question is how to attach a run to the coop with the roof lines going in different directions!

The main coop has a a frame type roof and the run will have a slanted roof for the water to drain well. How would you attach the two? I would love to see pictures of someones if they have the same design.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Nana,

Have you thought about enclosing the whole thing in a 'hoop-house' type of Walk-in-run. I know that those play houses are really charming. If you got cattle panels and arched them (they come in about 16-foot lengths) You could cover the whole area and just set the playhouse inside--- something to consider. Good luck, and post back when you have your coop finished so you can inspire others. :O)

Thanks ChickKat that sounds very cool. Have to check into it and see if it is in the budget :) Not sure how much the cattle panels would be. Thanks again for the input.

Thanks karlamaria, I would love to see the finished product. Do you have a link, or could you direct me to the post where I could see it? thanks for the input. All is appreciated.
