I bought 3 ducklings, 4 chickens and 2 turkeys all at the same time. When they went outside, they all slept together in the coop..I have one that has two sides. Now that everyone is 10 weeks, the turkeys are huge and the ducks are getting there too and ALL still want to sleep together. We're running out of room in there. They also have an old water catcher with shavings in it for them to get in but refuse. Any suggestions? I'm going to get another coop for the back soon but 🤷‍♀️. I have added a pic. They free range all day and go in at night because we are in the country with a lot of cyotes and fox.

Yeah, you need a bigger coop like ...now.
Maybe even separate ones for each species.
Do you plan on eating the turkeys?

If I understand correctly, your concern is that you want them to use both sides of your coop but they all want to sleep in just one, correct? Which birds were you planning to have share a side?

No. I was just wondering how to get the turkeys and the ducks to stop sleeping in the coop but I have figured it out.
