I bought 3 ducklings, 4 chickens and 2 turkeys all at the same time. When they went outside, they all slept together in the coop..I have one that has two sides. Now that everyone is 10 weeks, the turkeys are huge and the ducks are getting there too and ALL still want to sleep together. We're running out of room in there. They also have an old water catcher with shavings in it for them to get in but refuse. Any suggestions? I'm going to get another coop for the back soon but 🤷‍♀️. I have added a pic. They free range all day and go in at night because we are in the country with a lot of cyotes and fox.

Yeah, you need a bigger coop like ...now.
Maybe even separate ones for each species.
Do you plan on eating the turkeys?

Hi, I may have posted in the wrong place. If anyone can help me ID chick breeds in my "assortment" I would really appreciate it! I posted under "Raising baby chicks" but maybe that wasn't the best place! Thanks!

If I understand correctly, your concern is that you want them to use both sides of your coop but they all want to sleep in just one, correct? Which birds were you planning to have share a side?

Well, they were all intended for that at 1st but then one Turkey that I have name Gilbert sits in my lap and takes a nap, lol

No. I was just wondering how to get the turkeys and the ducks to stop sleeping in the coop but I have figured it out.
