Help with sexing ameraucana chicks?

Hello about 2 weeks ago i posted pic of these chicks and was told they were to young to sex. im seeing alot of changes and am hoping they are old enough to sex now? Thank you in advance!

The last one lookes a little scraggly bc of medicine on her neck and feathers. She was attacked by a pred. But she is seperated (until her wound heals) and doing great. The vet says she will make a full recovery!

I am new, so my opinion not worth much... They all look like pullets to me, except for maybe chick 1
