If they all went in at the same time, I would wait a while longer.
I see you're in Az. Have you used this bator before in the desert?
If you HAVE TO, you could take a tweezer that you use for ingrown hairs, the real pointy ones, and just chip a little away from the pip hole.
If you see any blood at all, it is TOO SOON.
If you see no blood, make the hole a little bigger,and maybe try to get the zip going for him.
Instead of digging into the egg, I sometimes just take the back of the tweezer, and just hit the egg gently around where the zip should be, just cracking it enough to give him a little help.
Any blood at all, STOP. It is too early, and he will bleed to death.
It sometimes helps to take a wet paper towel, and wrap it around the egg.
But be careful not to cover up the pip hole, he could suffocate if water gets into the hole.
