help with sick silkies

i need help i went this morning to feed my birds then i hear one of my silkie kinda sounded like a sneeze or sime feathjer stuck on her nostril but then another one did the same and another an another so on so on i checked a few some had buggers so ithink maybe water cause some were drinking other's just had dry wet feather on there nostrils my father said 2 put lemon juice in there water and clean the cage it maybe a fungus but i think it might be a vires or they have a flu some other sickness can anyone have a cure or advice 4 me thank u.

It's quite possible they have a serious disease. You can research chicken diseases on here. There is lots of info just linked on the FAQ page.
