Help with silkies

Hi all, I am needing some help with silkies. We are looking for 2 new babies for now, I may eventually want to become a breeder, we had a couple that were beautiful but turned out to be roosters. (We are moving back into city limits for a short while so they had to go for now).
I am having a hard time deciphering decent quality silkies. Some chicks have poofs on their heads and some don’t...?! Here are a few pics of the ones I’ve looked at. Any advice on what to look for is appreciated. Thank you!!

I'm no expert, but quality breeders have quality stock. Look at the parents for quality. It can be harder to tell by chicks.
